Returns and Exchanges
If you receive an incorrect or defective item,
please contact us promptly so that we can review the issue

14 days from receipt of your order
to notify us that you wish to return an item
or report an issue.
Where a return has been authorised,
the item must be sent back within
14 days of notifying us of the return.
Return Condition
Returned merchandise must be:
- unused and unworn;
- in its original condition;
- with all original tags attached;
- with its original packaging and included accessories.
Items showing signs of use, wear,
alteration or damage after delivery
may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

the customer is responsible for the cost
and safe delivery of the return.
The return should be sent using a tracked shipping service.
Please retain the tracking number until the return

Where Maison Elegance confirms that an incorrect
or defective item was sent,
the applicable shipping arrangements
will be reviewed with the customer
as part of the return process.
